Shipping Policy for AndMAX LLC
Shipping Area: We ship to addresses within the United States and to selected countries worldwide.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped same day or next day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the first business day following.
Shipping Rates — United States:
- Orders $70 and above: FREE shipping
- Orders below $70: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States.
International Shipping: We ship to Canada and selected countries in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. Applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are also the buyer's responsibility.
We ship internationally via USPS, UPS, and DHL Express.
Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided during checkout.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver all packages within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
